We were commissioned to completely remodel an old apartment of approximately 70 m², originally configured with one bedroom and one bathroom, in a considerably deteriorated state but located in the prestigious Chamberí District. We developed a custom design to reorganize the space and meet our client’s desire for two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The execution of the comprehensive renovation included a complete overhaul of all facilities, the implementation of plasterboard panels to adjust the proposed layout, the installation of entirely new aluminum and wood joinery, as well as the addition of heating, air conditioning systems, and bathroom equipment.

Furthermore, we carried out all finishes, including painting, tile cladding, flooring, and lighting, to achieve a complete transformation of the space that fully satisfied its owners.
