Project Management in Construction Execution

Our client purchased an old apartment of approximately 90 m², originally laid out with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, in a state of considerable disrepair. However, it is distinguished by its stunning panoramic view of the Hortaleza District. We were tasked with designing and executing the transformation of the space, aiming to turn it into a home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

To achieve this transformation, an exhaustive design process took into account the previous layout of the kitchen and bathroom, and the existing spaces were adjusted to add the third bedroom and second bathroom. The comprehensive renovation included the demolition of internal partitions, except for the perimeter and kitchen walls, as well as a complete overhaul of all facilities. Plasterboard panels were used to adjust the proposed layout, and new aluminum and wood joinery was installed. Additionally, heating and air conditioning systems were implemented in all rooms, the bathrooms were equipped, and all finishes were carried out, including painting, tiling, flooring, and lighting. The result was a completely renovated home, which the client inaugurated with great satisfaction, enjoying a brand new and functional space.
