A private client, supported by our real estate services, acquired a corner plot in a thriving residential area of Canillas, where notable growth in the construction and renovation of homes is evident. They entrusted us with the architectural project and installations for a single-family home, which was carried out by the renowned partner firm, Voluar Arquitectura.

This exclusive chalet was developed on a 360 m² plot and comprised 540 m² of construction, distributed across four levels:

• Basement: Dedicated to three parking spaces and a mechanical room.
• Ground Floor: Included an entrance hall, living-dining-kitchen area, guest restroom, study, and an open terrace.
• First Floor: Featured four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
• Second Floor: Housed a family room with a restroom, a gym with a steam room (Turkish bath), a covered terrace, an open terrace, and a pool.

Construction began after obtaining the necessary permits and is currently in an advanced stage, with the internal distribution and installations underway. Key features of this project include the implementation of aerothermal systems, photovoltaic panels, and an integrated lighting design, along with an elevator that connects all four levels.

The final delivery of this impressive property is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2025. The chalet stands out for its modern architecture and facades clad in exposed concrete, offering a contemporary and sophisticated home that enhances its urban surroundings.
