We were commissioned to carry out a full renovation of a very run-down apartment of approximately 80 m2, originally laid out with three bedrooms and one bathroom.

The overall condition of the property, together with the owner’s desire for a more functional and modern home, led to a complete intervention that began with the demolition of all interior partitions, preserving only the load-bearing walls.

This allowed for the development of a new architectural design based on a plan created by the owner.

The design work proposed a new layout that includes two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a strategic relocation of the kitchen to optimize circulation and natural light.

The renovation involved the complete upgrading of all installations, including underfloor heating, electrical systems, plumbing, and telecommunications, all sized in accordance with current regulations.

A modern aerothermal system was also implemented to supply the underfloor heating and domestic hot water, providing maximum energy efficiency and comfort.

To ensure proper interior insulation, specific solutions were applied to reduce sound transmission between neighboring units, along with new drywall partition systems to achieve the proposed layout.

Finally, all flooring, wall tiling, interior and exterior carpentry were fully replaced, and the project was completed with new finishes, painting, and lighting. The result is a fully renovated, modern, and comfortable home, tailored to the current needs of its owners.
