Urban Transformation in the Heart of Madrid·

In 2007, it was decided to renovate the first floor and half of the second floor of the Serrano 213 building. A group of investors acquired a 1,094 m² open-plan space distributed over these two floors. This complete project included the total rehabilitation of the space, creating 11 open-plan, integrable offices on the first floor and 7 contemporary residences on the second floor, with two 2-bedroom units and five 1-bedroom units, each furnished and equipped for temporary rental during the economic crisis.

A Strategic Key Point

Located in a privileged position in Madrid, at the intersection of three important streets and served by two metro stations, «Serrano 213» positions itself as a meeting point between residential and commercial spaces, providing accessibility and visibility in a highly sought-after area of the city.

Urban Connection and Comfort. The renovation of «Serrano 213» not only revitalized the building but also redefined the concept of living and working in one of the most vibrant areas of Madrid, marking a before and after in the area and establishing a new standard in building rehabilitation in Madrid.

Renovation with a Vision for the Future

The project involved not just a renovation, but a complete reinvention of the space, preserving only the original structure as a starting point. All homes were carefully decorated and equipped, ideal for those seeking comfort and quality. The update of the pool on the rooftop terrace adds a touch of elegance and an exclusive recreational space, enhancing the building’s value and its appeal in the real estate market.
