2007: In a 1975 building known as "Serrano 213" an open space of 1,094 m2 distributed between the first floor (642 m2) and the second floor (452 m2), was acquired, in order to undertake a total rehabilitation of it, designing 11 offices on the first floor and 7 apartments in the second floor, two 2 bedrooms and five 1 bedroom. Nine parking spaces, designated to this Project, are located in the second basement.
The location, privileged in Madrid, is on the corner where three streets intersect: Serrano, Infanta María Teresa and Víctor Andrés Belaúnde. Served by Metro stations Colombia and Concha Espina (lines 8 and 9) in a residential and commercial area.
In addition, all the apartments were furnished and fully equipped, in order to rent them for seasons, during the economic crisis of the years following the acquisition. The building has a rooftop pool.
